What you need to do
Prepare a booklet by visiting one of the following places and find out how the place is run and organized, and how they function in an emergency situation.
- NSS Coast Guard Building
- Airport
- Hospital
- Post Office
- Atoll office or island office
- Know what information you should give to the emergency services over the telephone and make sure you know how to make an emergency call.
- Know some precautions you can take to protect home and possessions against crime and fire.
- Draw a picture or write a slogan which still encourage children to respect the property of their people and discourage vandalism.
