Thaajuddeen's warranted Leaders guide, train, and support members across all four sections — providing the oversight and encouragement that lets young people lead. Being a Leader is its own journey: structured training, real responsibility, and the chance to shape the next generation of young Maldivians.
TSSG Leaders hold formal warrants from the Scout Association of Maldives. They work across all sections, ensuring the programme runs safely and to the highest standard.
The Group Scout Leader leads the adult team, supported by an Assistant Group Scout Leader and two section in-charge leaders. Warranted Scout Leaders and Akelas run the sections week to week.
