Rover Scouts

A self-governing crew of young adults. We serve. We lead. We earn the Baden-Powell Award — Scouting's highest recognition for Rovers.

The Crew

The 14th Malé Rover Crew

The final youth section, and where the real good stuff happens. The 14th Malé Rover Crew is a team of young adults who plan, lead, and run their own events — camps, outings, competitions, workshops, and youth-development projects.

With the guidance of a Crew Advisor, Rovers pursue their own goals while building the skills and character that prepare them for life. If you're 18 to 26 and want more than to just take part — you want to make things happen — this is your crew.

Previous Scout experience is helpful but not required. Rovers can join directly. Applications are open year-round.

Notable Projects

Beyond regular crew activities, Rovers take on larger initiatives that serve the wider Scouting community and help preserve our shared history.
